Role Review:
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will own quality across complex cloud-native and AI-driven systems. You’ll partner with engineering, data, and DevOps teams to embed automation into every layer of the stack.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and maintain end-to-end automation strategies for APIs, microservices, and data pipelines
Develop test frameworks for cloud-native systems and distributed services
Validate data integrity across databases, streams, and analytics platforms
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD and deployment workflows
Mentor engineers and champion automation best practices
Analyze production issues and help prevent regressions
Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of experience in QA automation or SDET roles
Strong coding skills (Typescript preferred)
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
Hands-on experience testing microservices and APIs
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence engineering quality
Nice to Have:
Experience validating LLM-based applications
Observability tools like Datadog or Grafana
Experience in fast-paced startup environments
