- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the quality of our B2B SaaS applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through to resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Conduct regression testing and performance testing.
- Monitor and report on test coverage, quality metrics, and overall product quality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA and software testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
- Familiarity with new-age QA SaaS tools like rainforest.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
