The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible to meet the quality goals in Customer Application Projects (CAP) and Core Technology Projects (CTP). S/he makes transparent what is expected and actively closes the gaps by assisting and coaching the key project team members. The QA engineer acts as an interface between the project team to the management as well as to the customer, reporting statuses, defining countermeasures and perform escalations if necessary.

- Project quality planning and status tracking
- Execution of project audits and reviews according to the QA plan based on the eQuote.
- Definition of countermeasures for deviations and support of project team to meet the quality requirements.
- Customer interface (OEM and internal)
- Coaching of the project team members
- Regular reporting of QA status in projects and escalation if required.
- Planning and controlling of QA activities in projects
- Preparation of the organization and the project team for ASPICE assessments and customer audits (if applicable)

Knowledge and Education:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Engineering & Quality.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent knowledge in Functional Safety / ASIL, ASPICE, Product Cyber-Security, 8 D / problem solving methodology (Six-sigma Black belt / green belt preferred).
- Very secure in automotive standards e.g. ISO/SAE 21434, ISO26262, IATF16949
- Proven experience in automotive processes and quality management. Excellent communication skills in English are a must. Proven and demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to work in complex matrix organizations.
- Expert skills with requirements management tools (ALM) e.g., PTC Integrity, IBM Jazz
