How will you contribute
As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Commitment for safety! Sound understanding that safety is everyone's responsibility and the only way to work - safety is first, last, and always about you, your co-workers, family, friends, and everything we value.
- Working in groups and monitor processes within an assigned area of responsibility by responding to problems as needed.
- Monitoring compliance to GMP requirements as per the Mondelez quality policy.
- Monitoring, analyzing the process variability for phsyico-chemical parameters, finding out all the variables and the control measures to improve the process capability.
- Analysis of the data using process capability measures
- Use of focused improvement tools (12-Step Kaizen, 3 Sigma Validation etc.) to find out the root cause for variations.
- Actively participate for the loss reduction projects related to optimization of analysis and sample reduction.
- Communicating with other departments concerning quality and processing issues.
