Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless integration within the project ecosystem. Throughout the day, you focus on maintaining high standards of quality by executing continuous testing efforts, including security and regression assessments. You also contribute to the development and refinement of automation strategies and scripts, while managing data and environment configurations. Your role includes active participation in code reviews and defect monitoring, all aimed at fostering ongoing improvements in the testing lifecycle and overall application quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams to facilitate prompt resolution of issues.
- Assist in the configuration and management of test environments to replicate production scenarios accurately.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages relevant to test automation.
- Ability to design and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Familiarity with API testing and security testing processes.
- Competence in monitoring, reporting, and tracking defects using industry-standard tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva CRM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
