Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Resolve problems in response to customer- or
system-reported incidents via trouble tickets.
Identify and break down problems using structured problem
resolution approaches.

to problems encountered.
Setup and configure requests together with customer(s).
Make changes to existing setups based on customer
description.
Escalate difficult, complex tasks to the next level.
Collaborate with other teams on projects for new technology
initiatives and deployments provide management with
feedback about areas of technical concern for users and
frequently encountered problems.
Update skill-set by keeping up with technology changes and
industry trends.
Attend trainings in accordance to professional development
plan.
Follow standard processes and procedures.
Respect agreed service levels and KPI s.
