Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that span multiple disciplines. The role focuses on integrating various components within the ecosystem to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Daily activities include executing continuous testing processes that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression testing. The position also involves developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts, as well as managing data and environment configurations. Regular participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing improvements in testing procedures and overall product quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to support continuous testing efforts.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Experience with designing and executing automated test scripts for various testing types including security and regression.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Familiarity with environment setup and data configuration to support testing activities.
- Ability to participate effectively in code reviews and defect tracking processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
