Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that ensure the seamless integration of various components within the application ecosystem. The role focuses on accelerating delivery timelines while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Daily activities include continuous testing efforts covering security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites, alongside developing and maintaining automated testing scripts. The position also involves active participation in code reviews and defect monitoring to foster ongoing enhancements in testing processes and overall product reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing activities with project goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for testing procedures and outcomes to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing frameworks to increase efficiency and effectiveness in identifying defects.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing, Functional Test Planning, Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and scripting languages relevant to Salesforce environments.
- Experience in designing and executing test cases for security, API, and regression testing.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex system behaviors to identify potential quality issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices to support automated testing workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
