The QA Manager is responsible for managing the Scrum Master and Quality Assurance teams. This role will be responsible for ensuring that OneMagnify Agile practices are followed and enforced by the Scrum Masters. Additionally, the role will oversee the activity of the quality assurance team, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization's products and/or development processes.
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Quality Architect to design and institutionalize scalable quality architecture across distributed capability teams. This role will define automation strategy, quality governance standards, intelligent defect frameworks, and reliability validation models aligned with enterprise delivery maturity. The ideal candidate combines strong automation engineering expertise with systems thinking, data literacy, and architectural capability to build reusable quality frameworks across multiple technology domains.
What you'll do:
- Define and implement enterprise-wide defect lifecycle and severity taxonomy standards
- Establish cross-project quality governance and KPI frameworks
- Design release risk scoring and defect intelligence models
- Align quality validation with delivery and engineering operating models
- Architect and standardize UI, API, and data automation frameworks
- Lead design of reusable automation libraries and utilities
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Drive automation effectiveness measurement and ROI tracking
- Establish a scalable regression strategy across products
- Design API automation solutions using Pytest/Requests or equivalent
- Build data validation frameworks using Python, Pandas, and SQLAlchemy
- Develop database test strategies aligned with schema migration tools (e.g., Liquibase)
- Ensure validation at integration and backend layers
- Integrate automated testing with GitHub / CloudBees / Jenkins pipelines
- Containerize test execution using Docker
- Establish quality gates within CI environments
- Enable test orchestration in pipeline stages
- Align static analysis standards using SonarQube or equivalent
- Define code quality thresholds and vulnerability detection integration
- Support integration of security scanning (SAST / dependency scanning) into pipelines
- Collaborate with engineering and SRE teams to align validation with telemetry signals
- Support performance baseline and resilience testing strategies
- Establish non-functional quality validation frameworks
- Leverage AI tools (Copilot, LLM-based assistants) for test generation and root cause analysis
- Design structured business rule extraction pipelines using AI
- Support predictive risk identification and defect clustering models
What you'll need:
- 10+ years in Quality Engineering / Automation
- 3+ years in automation architecture or framework design role
- Experience working across multiple technology stacks
- Proven experience driving standardization across distributed teams
- Strong systems thinking and architectural mindset
- Ability to design reusable frameworks beyond project scope
- Data-driven decision-making ability
- Clear communication with engineering and leadership stakeholders
- Ability to drive adoption without authority-heavy enforcement.
