You will leverage your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying quality processes and methodologies to enhance the overall application lifecycle. By focusing on end-to-end testing, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing key metrics that will help manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering. - Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
