Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while applying your business and functional knowledge to develop comprehensive testing strategies that enhance the overall quality across the application lifecycle. You will also focus on defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage and assess the testing process, ensuring that test execution and defect resolution are handled efficiently and effectively.
Mandatory Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in software testing/quality assurance, with a significant portion specifically in the credit union, banking, or financial services domain

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Core Banking, Selenium, Test Automation Strategy.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing test strategies and plans.
- Proficient in defect management and resolution processes.
Deep Domain Knowledge:
A thorough understanding of credit union operations, financial products (loans, savings, credit cards, ACH, etc.), and complex business workflows is crucial for designing relevant and comprehensive test scenarios.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15+ years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
