- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of quality processes within the software development lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and software testing methodologies.
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex business and functional requirements to design effective testing strategies.
- Skilled in defect tracking, root cause analysis, and driving defect resolution processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
