How you will contribute
You will:
- Ensure Compliance to internal quality policy requirements related to Allergen, Sanitation & Pest Control.
- Risk assessment , Elimination and mitigation of risk related to Hygienic design of the plant and facilities.
- Oversee sanitation and cleaning programs in the plant.
- Inventory of sanitation and consumables supplies
- Lead CIP , COP optimization projects.
- Support internal and external audits and CAPA.
- Develop SOP , Conduct training and education to employees for food safety & sanitation.
- Oversees and manages the sanitation crew to ensure compliance to all Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures and timely startup of the plant each production week.
- Planning and execution of periodic and routine cleaning of plant equipment, utility area and facilities.
- Actively participate and provides technical inputs related to hygienic design and sanitation requirements for the projects.
What you will bring

- Degree in food science or Chemical engineering
- Food Safety certification like HACCP, FSSC 22000
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of hygienic design requirements
- Sound understanding and knowledge of C.I.P. & C.O.P. cleaning methods.
