Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. We're proud to lead the U.S. in credit card sales and deposit growth and have the most-used digital solutions - all while ranking first in customer satisfaction.

As a Quant Analytics Manager within the Data and Analytics Automation COE team, you will lead the delivery of automated solutions that simplify reporting and enhance analytics. You will work with a team of data architects, developers, and automation experts to drive impactful projects.
Job responsibilities
- Create and manage AGILE project management practices using JIRA and Kanban boards.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and build project pipelines for COE delivery.
- Design and execute MIS reporting for COE utilization and contributions.
- Conduct landscape assessment studies and define target states in collaboration with data architects.
- Lead project timeline estimation and address blockers for timely delivery.
- Develop executive-level decks for finance updates, executive updates, and knowledge sharing forums.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 12+ years of experience in project/program management, with 3 years in Big Data projects.
- Expertise in AGILE practices and tailoring project delivery mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience with AGILE tools.
- Excellent communication skills for writing decks and presenting to senior management.
- Strong leadership skills to remove roadblocks and focus on delivery.
- Basic understanding of Big Data architecture.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL/Tableau.
