Job Summary:
As a Quantitative Analytics Manager in Audience Management, you will oversee a team of nine professionals responsible for managing and optimizing audience data and engagement strategies. Your role involves developing segmentation strategies, analyzing audience behavior, and supporting targeted marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align audience management efforts with business goals and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align audience management efforts with business goals and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nine audience management professionals, providing mentorship and performance feedback
- Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies to support targeted marketing campaigns
- Oversee the analysis of audience data from various sources to identify trends and insights
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align audience management efforts with business goals
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices, including GDPR and CCPA
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for audience management processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in audience management and data-driven marketing
- Present findings and insights to senior management, effectively communicating the impact on marketing performance
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience in audience management or data analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills for conveying data-driven insights to non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in data processing using SQL, SAS Viya, Alteryx, Python, and Snowflake
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience with other programming languages (e.g., VB, VBA, Java, Perl, Python, C++, Unix shell scripting)
- Master's degree
