Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical background, focusing on hands-on front-end development, engineering high-performance user interfaces, and demonstrating strong UX experience and skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, adaptive, and high-performance front-end applications using React, Blazor, HTML5, CSS3, and .NET MAUI.
- Work with Microsoft Azure to build, deploy, and manage cloud-based front-end solutions.
- Leverage C# and the .NET ecosystem to integrate front-end UI with robust backend services.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers to translate concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
- Optimize front-end performance, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
- Implement best practices for code quality, security, and CI/CD in Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Support both on-premises and hybrid cloud solutions, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with backend and platform teams to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions.
- Be willing to travel occasionally, including internationally (10%–20%).
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements, Education & Skills:
- Required: B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field; M.S. preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of professional front-end development experience.
- Strong proficiency with React, Blazor, HTML5, CSS3, and .NET MAUI.
- Experience in Microsoft Azure cloud services, including App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET for full-stack or front-end integration.
- Strong knowledge of designing user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive across devices.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar version control and CI/CD tools.
- Demonstrated ability in optimizing web application performance.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Electron development experience for building cross-platform desktop applications.
- Experience with Blazor WebAssembly for rich, client-side experiences.
- Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Background in developing interfaces for hardware/software integrated systems.
