Position Summary

You are great at:
- Manage recruitment activities from the discovery stage to sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiations, till such time that the candidate is onboard through our ATS.
- Build credible and consistent relationships with hiring managers by providing sound advice throughout the hiring cycle.
- Research, build and report on competitive and market driven insights/ market mapping to help hiring managers better understand their unique talent markets.
- Focus on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads & sources, key contacts, portals, etc.
- Build talent pipelines, own and nurture candidate relationships - to ensure the right talent is available when needed.
- Responsible for ensuring system adherence and compliance.
- Manage post offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless on boarding.
- Contribute to the various Talent acquisition initiative & programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years technical recruiting and sourcing experience in engaging technical talent.
- Experience in working in a high volume & fast-paced environment technology company.
- Experience of hiring for multiple skills/roles.
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
- Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to build & analyse reports.
- Should be proficient in using Hiring tools (E.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, etc)
- Good command on verbal & written communication.
- Working knowledge of ATS tool like Workday would be an added advantage.
