We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to handle day to day activities for the recruitment team. The position also offers flexibility to work remotely part of the time.

Job duties

  • Manage coordination for and within the US and LATAM recruitment team
  • Work closely with the recruiters, hiring managers and vendors on various positions in analytics
  • Support the recruiting team track the candidates progress through the pipeline
  • Sourcing and screening profiles, creating and maintaining the pipeline
  • Support the lead recruiter in adhoc tasks
  • Maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process
  • Engaging and attracting talent from senior consultants to leadership positions
  • Interview planning, offer, negotiation with pointers from the hiring managers
  • Create partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors for urgent requirements
  • Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruitment team
Requirements
  • 2+ years of work experience in a similar role, with experience in recruitment preferred
  • Experience of hiring talent in data science, analytics, data engineering, business analysts is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent command on Microsoft Excel and google docs, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
