Role OverviewAs a Recruiting Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting With Coverage’s recruitment and talent acquisition efforts through sourcing, outreach, and coordination tasks. Working closely with a lean and collaborative hiring team, you'll directly assist the Recruiting Lead in building candidate pipelines, managing hiring processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
This role is well-suited for candidates with experience as an Executive Assistant or Recruiting Coordinator who have transitioned into (or are eager to grow in) a full-cycle recruitment or sourcing capacity. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Recruiting Lead in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates across multiple roles.
- Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, JuiceBox, and Greenhouse (or similar Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Manage candidate communications draft thoughtful outreach and follow-up messages aligned with With Coverage’s tone and standards.
- Keep job postings updated and ensure all candidate data is accurate and organized in Greenhouse.
- Assist in maintaining hiring trackers and pipeline dashboards for better visibility into recruiting progress.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment operations, including documentation, tools, and workflows.
- At least 2 years of Executive Assistant or Recruiting Coordinator experience, ideally supporting fast-moving teams.
- Hands-on experience in outbound recruitment or candidate sourcing.
- Familiarity with JuiceBox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse AT (or similar systems).
- Excellent written communication skills and professionalism in candidate correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a high-performing recruiting team.
- Schedule: Five working days a week, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
