Job Overview:
SAPSOL Technologies is seeking an energetic, commercially minded Recruitment Marketing & Account Executive to generate, counsel, and convert prospective students into our industry-recognized SAP Training, Project Simulation, and Placement Support Programs (TPSP).
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and engage potential learners via LinkedIn, social channels, and direct outreach.
- Follow up promptly and professionally on inbound leads provided by the company.
- Deliver tailored career counseling sessions to showcase SAP module benefits and ROI.
- Handle objections, manage the sales cycle end-to-end, and close paid registrations.
- Track daily activities, pipeline stages, and conversion metrics in the CRM.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in EdTech sales, training/education sales, student counseling, or recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for North American engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly enrollment quotas.
- Self-starter mindset with strong outbound prospecting skills.
- Basic familiarity with SAP modules or IT careers is preferred.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: INR 15,000 / month
- Performance Incentives: INR 5,000 per enrollment (1–3) | INR 10,000 per enrollment (4+)
- On-Target Earnings: INR 70,000+ per month
