As a Reference Data Analyst within the Documentation Management team, you will not only guide and support a team of Operations Analysts but also roll up your sleeves and dive into the work alongside your team. Your leadership will be key in ensuring the team efficiently reviews legal documentation and inputs key parameters into our systems. You will work closely with various internal functions to resolve issues promptly and contribute to developing an efficient operating framework.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, actively participating in daily tasks.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Participate in the review of legal agreements such as ISDAs and CSAs, ensuring accurate extraction and indexing of key parameters.
- Work directly with internal functions like credit and legal to resolve disputed points within set time-frame parameters.
- Engage closely with key partners in legal, business, operations, and technology to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the regional Legal Operations Department, business units, and other stakeholders to support ISDA Master Agreement negotiations and transactions.
- Drive team productivity and quality by setting high standards and actively participating in quality assurance processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all agreements/documents processed.
Required qualifications, capabilities and Skills:
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Derivatives Master Agreements and trade-related documentation within an investment banking or law firm environment.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or above.
- Understand derivative legal documents like ISDA and CSA excellently
- Exhibit proficiency in MS Office.
- Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills.
- Multi-task, prioritize issues, and execute tasks efficiently.
- Approach teamwork strongly, with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Drive tasks to completion with strong organizational skills and a deadline-driven mindset.
