As part of the Supply Chain Excellence team in the MSC department, the Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager is responsible for coaching the leadership teams in the plants within his/her scope, to enable deployment of the industrial excellence program (IL6S).
How you will contribute
Your role and responsibilities:
  • Improve sites overall KPIS and performance through creating culture of continuous improvement from operators to management

  • Leading step by step Mondelez Manufacturing Excellence (IL6S) program implementation

  • Ensure a coherent site masterplan aligned with business needs

  • Hands-on lead real-world problem-solving sessions to tackle actual breakdowns, equipment, and process losses. Developing and improving standards and create work process to prevent failures to recure.

  • Ensure site has healthy cost governance and budget management process and Support site in identifying potential cost improvement project

  • Encourage replication - drives change by conducting on-site workshops to set an example for others to follow

  • Conduct IL6S phase audits at MDLZ plants in Europe (co-assessor or lead assessor)

  • Operate in an international environment, collaborating with global centers of excellence, plant management teams & key group decision-makers

  • Operational experience is a must have for this role. On-field experience is required.

  • Servant leadership and strong team spirit

  • Experience in change management processes

  • Effective communication and organizational skills

  • Strategic thinking/approach and ability to influence

  • Ability to teach others and develop talents

  • Results-oriented and ability to manage ambiguous situations

  • Experience in the following areas: continuous improvement, engineering/projects, production

  • Engineering degree plus around 15 years' experience in MSC with an industrial focus (production, engineering/projects) and continuous improvement, preferably in the food industry.

  • At least 5 years' experience in implementing industrial excellence programs (e.g. TPM, WCM, IWS, etc.)

  • Fluent English, Nordic language nice to have
