Location: 100% Remote (Must be located in or near the Midwest Region of the U.S.)

DFFF is a leading provider of high-quality fresh-cut produce, specializing in value-added agricultural products for the retail and food service industries. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to help grow our fresh-cut product line throughout the East region.
Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market share for DFFF’s fresh-cut products in the Midwest region. This includes managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with food brokers and partners within the agriculture and produce industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sell and lead all fresh-cut business with retail and food service accounts across the Midwest region.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging, in-person product presentations to customers to gain new business, increase existing business and explain the over all value of Duda as a supplier.
  • Maintain strong relationships with current customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business.
  • Oversee, manage and support full-service food brokers operating within the assigned territory.
  • Establish and manage a professional, efficient home office setup.
  • Develop and maintain a cost-effective travel schedule to maximize face-to-face customer interactions.
  • Identify and communicate new product or packaging opportunities to internal teams and customers.
  • Represent DFFF at regional and national produce and agriculture industry trade shows and expositions.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the agriculture or fresh produce industry, preferably with a focus on value-added or fresh-cut products.
  • Proven success in territory management and broker relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the East region
  • Strong knowledge of retail and food service distribution channels.
