ABOUT THIS ROLE
Apex Fintech Solutions is currently seeking a Relationship Manager to proactively manage the client experience by interfacing with AFS clients. The Relationship Manager will represent the client needs to stakeholders within Apex and will educate clients on Apex's services and products.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains strong relationships with AFS clients as well as various internal AFS departments and divisions.
Develops strong understanding of how each client views and collaborates with Apex. Identifies next steps to improve the experience with Apex.
Regularly travels to meet with clients in person.
Develops understanding of who the key internal AFS and external client stakeholders are and is able to effectively manage up, down and across organizations to progress client relationships.
Aligns with clients on agendas in advance of meetings to ensure clients feel meetings are an effective use of time. Ensures the AFS team is prepared for meetings and is set up for success.
Ensures that a high level of client experience is maintained by keeping clients informed of new developments, products, and all available services as they relate to the needs of our clients
Takes in and tracks client requests and is accountable for working across the AFS organization to ensure requests are resolved and progress is communicated effectively to clients.
Keeps key information on client relationships up to-date and relevant
Reviews and negotiates contracts with clients
Strong level of executive presence and professionalism
Monitors, analyzes, and reports on clients’ growth, profitability, and other KPIs
Strong communicator who can learn quickly and explain concepts in a way that is easy to understand to clients.
Is a learner who actively studies the industry their clients operate within and seeks to improve their understanding of the businesses they serve .
Exceptional follow-through and problem-solving skills
Displays a relentless focus on customer service and customer satisfaction
Required background experience:
5+ years industry experience. Large account management, business consulting, business analyst experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
FINRA Series 7 & and Series 63 license preferred at time of hire (otherwise candidates required to obtain within 90 days of initial employment)
Work Environment
This job operates in a hybrid, office environment 3 days per week.

Salary Range
$107,800-$134,750The annual base salary range for this position is noted above. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and office location.
