Coordinate and manage release schedules and deployments across teams, run production deployment calls, facilitate Go-Live activities, participate in CAB meetings, improve release processes, and monitor post-production incidents using CI/CD tools and ITSM systems.

Technical Skills:
• Excellent communication required to ensure that the release manager is to be able to work collaboratively with all teams in a software development process, including developers, testers, IT management, and project managers to ensure that changes and the release process is according to a timeframe.
• As a release manager ensure to focus more on day-to-day changes to help successfully deploy a project with the least disruption possible.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams to ensure tasks are completed in time with the release schedule.
• Lead and contribute towards making improvements in the release process and documentations.
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage releases for multiple applications that exist within the business
• Facilitates the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.
• Run the production deployment calls , co-ordination and tracking of the task progresses, communicates the final results of the release (success/rollback) and closely monitoring the post production issues/incidents.
• In-depth knowledge of common agile methodology and / or classical procedural models (for example SCRUM or ITIL) and presentation techniques.
• Take part in CAB meetings in order to discuss the CAB meetings to know about the release scope and any blockers.
• Experience with build and release management, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) process and tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Strong hands on and experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, ADO Boards, Remedy, ServiceNow, Azure Dev Ops Pipelines, JIRA and Wiki.
• Strong knowledge on Web and Mobile Applications.

• Leadership, Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Resolve and escalate impediments, manage risk, assures value delivery, and drives program-level continuous improvement.
• Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
