Wraparound patient support: Care Navigators and Healthcare Advocates handle what falls outside the therapy sessions, so your work stays clinical.

Scale with reach: We serve patients across all 50 states, with strong organic demand and a steady referral pipeline.
Location: Fully remote | Schedule: You set it, 7 days a week available
We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed clinical psychologists (PhD / PsyD) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there.

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
Active, independent license to practice psychology in Utah
Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
