Full-time Content Review Position

Lighthouse Services is seeking a detail oriented, fastidious individual for full-time work to review and send ethics content to our clients and provide other related report processing support. All training is provided and paid. This a permanent full-time job in the ethics industry. Must be available to work weekends and holidays if needed.

Must be dependable, reliable, and pass a background check. Please reply with resume and letter of interest for consideration if you meet the qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Process, assemble & edit emails and documents in Outlook, MS Word, and PDF.
  • Maintain client information & accounts using our online Applications and Access Databases.
  • Communicate with clients via email and phone.
  • Communicate clearly with co-workers.

Qualifications:

  • Computer literate with solid proven experience using Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and Databases. PC only.
  • Must have excellent grammar and writing skills. Documents sent to our clients must be clear, concise, and grammatically correct.
  • Must have the ability to think analytically and follow exacting procedures. This is not mindless, paint by number work.
  • Must be able to think on your feet and make decisions quickly and accurately.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to reason and be precise. This work involves confidential client and reporter information.
