Job Description

Job Title: Resource Planner

Location: Chennai

Basic Skills Required:

  • Ability to effectively assign and coordinate tasks.

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to act as an interface between different teams.

  • Good communication and coordination abilities to ensure smooth cross-functional execution.

  • Working proficiency in Hindi is required for effective communication with stakeholders and teams.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

 Resource Planners create medium to long term planning and schedules for all operational service resources whilst making decisions to communicate and deliver service. Resource Planners handle exception management, and balance continuously conflicting demands in the area of business obligations, resource availabilities and customer demand.

You are responsible for

·       Create service workforce shift and create follow-up work order following subcontractor service activities

·       Communicate schedule proposal via conventional methods

·       Review optimized options and schedule field service visit

·       Schedule service order resources

·       Create customer maintenance plan service events

·       Create, update or cancel customer maintenance plan

·       Schedule field service event, create, update or cancel preventative maintenance plan

·       Process service parts and/or tools request

·       Handle scheduling exceptions

·       Adjust service workforce shift, find service contact & determine preferred method of contact

·       Communicate schedule proposal via automated methods

·       Plan noncustomer interaction time and set-up and maintain resource data

·       Allocate additional service resources and monitor preventative maintenance delivery and scheduling performance, close subcontractor work order.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

·       Bachelor’s degree in any stream

·       Min 1 to 3 years of customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

·       Good communication skills in writing and reading

·       Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

·       Good command over English and Hindi
