You will engage in designing and implementing technology mitigation strategies that uphold ethical standards, collaborating with various teams to foster a culture of responsibility in AI development and deployment. Your role will also include monitoring AI systems to ensure compliance with these standards, contributing to discussions on best practices, and continuously improving processes to enhance the ethical use of technology. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on best practices in responsible AI. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on ethical standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft BOT Framework. - Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and frameworks. - Experience in developing and implementing AI governance policies. - Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies related to AI systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
