How you'll make an impact:

The Revenue Enablement Specialist is a key member of the Education & Enablement team at Cin7, working closely alongside Sales leadership, RevOps, and Enablement to ensure every member of the revenue team has the product knowledge, skills, and tools they need to close deals and hit quota.

You will execute and contribute to live and asynchronous programs tailored to revenue teams, including new hire ramp, everboarding, objection handling, demo quality, and GTM release readiness.

You bring strong foundational instincts for how to enable a sales team, a genuine curiosity about what drives performance, and the drive to build things that actually change behavior. You are ready to own this domain and grow.

Success in this role will be measured by new hire time-to-first-deal and time-to-quota attainment, and by win rate improvement in accounts where structured enablement was completed.

What you'll do:

You will execute and help build revenue enablement curriculum and programs supporting sales rep readiness across ramp, ongoing development, GTM release coverage, and the manager layer that reinforces it all.

  • Support and execute the onboarding experience for every new rep: product knowledge, demo skills, value positioning, objection handling, deal coaching, and quota readiness

  • Contribute to ongoing skill-building for the full sales team: monthly drops tied to pipeline trends and deal loss patterns, competitive intelligence updates, and structured programs for product features prioritized for upsell

  • Support the revenue arm of the quarterly Employee Enablement Release Readiness program: help translate product releases into sales-ready messaging & demo material before launch, as part of the broader Enablement GTM motion

  • Create and maintain sales content: battle cards, talk tracks, persona guides, objection handling guides, and playbooks, in collaboration with Marketing

  • Maintain the demo quality rubric; deliver coaching and use conversation intelligence tools (Gong, Momentum, or equivalent) to surface coaching gaps and top performer patterns

  • Track ramp velocity, assessment scores, demo quality, and behavior change reported monthly

  • Contribute to domain reporting: connecting enablement participation to quota attainment and win rate

  • Create and maintain high-quality enablement materials: presentations, guides, videos, courses, assessments, practice exercises and scenarios, and job aids

  • Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars grounded in adult learning principles

What you'll bring:

    Education and Experience

  • 1+ years in a sales enablement, sales-facing training, operations, or sales support role

  • SaaS industry experience with a demonstrated ability to translate product capabilities into sales conversations and learning

  • Familiarity in at least one sales methodology (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or equivalent) - you understand how reps use it

  • Working knowledge of the B2B SMB and/or Mid-Market SaaS sales cycle

  • Some curriculum/training design experience; you have built or contribute to programs with structure and a clear learning objective

  • Technical Skills

  • Data fluency: pull your own Salesforce reports and connect activity to outcomes

  • AI fluency: comfortable and efficient with AI to amplify your workflows, with demonstrable examples

  • Familiarity with conversation intelligence tools to analyze calls for coaching signals

  • Familiarity with sales content management for organizing assets and materials

  • Foundation in adult learning principles and designing to clear objectives

  • Experience with an LMS or learning content platform (Cin7 Academy runs on Docebo)

  • Soft Skills

  • Clear, concise communication: you know your audience, from a brand new rep to a sales manager

  • Ability to simplify complex product concepts into compelling sales training and messaging

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem-solving: find the root cause, not just the symptom

  • High accountability and proactivity - you do not wait to be asked

  • Able to work independently and influence without authority

  • Biased towards collaboration: you work closely with Sales leaders and ask questions before building

  • Flexibility to work across time zones with global sales teams as needed

In return, we offer:

  • Competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401k company match program.
  • A flexible PTO policy allowing you the time you need to recharge.
  • A diverse team, where everyone helps each other and inclusion is a core value.
  • Remote work flexibility allows you to maintain a work-life balance in a way that suits your needs.
  • Frequent company-sponsored events so you can get to know your coworkers.

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
