About the Client:

With Coverage provides tech-enabled specialty insurance for experts who work exclusively with leading brands and manage everything in one place, enabling clients to grow their businesses through meaningful savings. The company is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the operations team as a remote contractor. This role supports the insurance professionals by managing essential administrative processes that keep the business running smoothly.

Role Overview:

As a Risk Advisor Assistant, you'll play a critical role in providing dedicated support to one of the Risk Advisors. This role focuses on assisting with daily insurance operations, client documentation, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth servicing of accounts. Ideal for candidates with a background in supporting brokerage account managers and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated professional and administrative support to one Risk Advisor (Account Manager).
  • Assist in preparing insurance quotations, proposals, and renewal documents to support client servicing.
  • Accurately process and input data into web-based insurance systems, CRMs, and editable PDFs.
  • Maintain and update client records and policy information in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and issue certificates of insurance as requested.
  • Gather and organize client data to prepare insurance policy applications and other supporting documentation.
  • Has knowledge of managing billing processes with both clients and insurance carriers.
  • Organize and track outstanding documentation, including policy subjectivities and compliance requirements.
  • Draft and send professional communications to clients, insurers, and other stakeholders on behalf of the Risk Advisor.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous insurance industry experience (agency, brokerage, or carrier).
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology and processes.
  • Experience with insurance management systems or CRMs.
  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial Individuals.  
  • High IQ, quick to learn, and adaptable. 
  • Commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working closely with one Risk Advisor in a support-focused role.
  • Excitement to learn insurance concepts and go above and beyond.
  • Front experience is a plus. 

Additional Details:

  • You will be working 5 days a week, including one weekend day, but will have 2 days off in a row. 
  • Working hours will be 9am - 6pm EST.
  • Location: Philippines (Remote).
