Join JPMorgan Chase's Risk Management and Compliance team, where your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining our strength and resilience. You'll be tasked with anticipating emerging risks and using your judgement to address challenges impacting our company, customers, and communities. As a Stakeholder Engagement Lead within the RM&C LRCM Governance team, you will maintain effective communication and support for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives, and support strategic project execution. You will be organized, self-promoten, collaborative, and an excellent communicator with experience in stakeholder management, project management, and risk and compliance frameworks.
Job Responsibilities
  • Support RM&C stakeholders in timely and accurate completion of Legal and Regulatory Change Management process.
  • Collaborate with RM&C Teams and stakeholders to identify and champion continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate status updates and liaise with stakeholders to manage organizational key performance & risk indicators.
  • Develop communication materials regarding program updates and deliver to executive audience.
  • Partner with various internal departments to deliver a consistent and excellent stakeholder experience.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client engagement, program management, or a related field.
  • Strong data management skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and visualization.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and writing.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and provide new perspectives for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated skill in managing projects and problem-solving.
  • Professional maturity and confidence in expressing viewpoints with varied stakeholders.
  • Ability to build relationships with RM&C stakeholders to influence and drive key decisions to solve any concerns/issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different business areas.
  • Commitment to driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
  • Experience in controls, compliance, operational risk, and/or risk management frameworks preferred.
