Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RPA Lead to join our team. As the RPA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of robotic process automation solutions to streamline business operations. You will lead a team of RPA developers, collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process automation requirements, and implement effective automation solutions to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the RPA team in the development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities and ensure the design and implementation of RPA solutions align with business goals.
- Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with best practices.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to RPA developers and analysts, ensuring they follow coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices.
- Oversee the management of RPA projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and tracking project milestones.
- Perform process assessments to analyze business requirements and identify processes suitable for automation.
- Conduct regular reviews and performance tuning of implemented bots to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with IT, business analysts, and other technical teams to ensure integration and seamless functionality across systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve RPA bot issues and performance-related problems to maintain business continuity.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation on RPA projects to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar.
- Expertise in process automation, workflow design, and business process management.
- Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into automation workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- RPA certification (UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Blue Prism Professional Developer, etc.).
- Experience with integrating RPA bots with AI, machine learning, or cognitive automation tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and database management (SQL, Oracle).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for RPA bots.
