Job Description

**Position Summary:**

As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline and automate business processes. You will work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of RPA projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Design and Development:** Develop RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms.

**Process Analysis:** Work with business analysts to identify and analyze processes suitable for automation.

**Implementation:** Create and deploy RPA bots that meet business requirements and are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.

**Testing and Quality Assurance:** Conduct thorough testing of RPA bots to ensure accuracy and reliability. Debug and resolve issues as needed.

**Documentation:** Prepare comprehensive documentation for automated processes, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.

**Collaboration:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

**Support and Maintenance:** Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA bots, including troubleshooting and optimizing performance.

**Compliance:** Ensure all RPA solutions comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

**Qualifications:**

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Experience:**

• Proven experience 6+ Years as an RPA Developer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
• Experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or .NET is a plus.

**Technical Skills:**

• Strong understanding of RPA concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in process analysis, design, and optimization.
• Familiarity with database systems and SQL.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• RPA certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional, Blue Prism Developer Certification).
• Experience in integrating RPA solutions with other technologies such as AI/ML, OCR, and APIs.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
