What you will do:

Responsible for leading Hardware product Validation by cross collaboration with global team , Lead test standards creation , Project execution , Component Validation of PCBA and components ,   track overall Hardware validation by solving technical issue in products .

Ability to effectively communicate issues technically/functionally across a wide variety of audiences.

Strong Experience in Requirement Analysis, Test Design, Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Case/scenario preparation, Test data Preparation, Test Case Execution, Defect Reporting & Documentation , Well understanding of compliance requirements of the different component , EMI EMC and safety labs.

How you will do it:

• Excellent communication and team player skills
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, DQA mindset, and Design Engineering processes
• Lead and mentor a team of testers, including test leads, engineers, and analysts, to ensure high performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to identify defects, track issues, and verify controller hardware and product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Self-motivated and proactive with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent context switching and changing priorities
• Candidates should have experience working on large scale VRF/PAC projects, Components ( PCBA and electronics component testing and validation including Safety , EMI EMC )
• Ability to effectively communicate issues technically/functionally across a wide variety of audiences.
• Hardware Testing such as Design evaluation and verification of PCBAs - operation checks power, signal, EMI/EMC etc.
• PCBA failure analysis , other quality related data & quality improvement
• Validation Skills for EMI/EMC testing & its related countermeasures ; wiring harness design - cable type, sizing, termination ; E-box structure - thermal (heat sink) design will be preferred.
• Able to conduct and simulate reliability testing of the PCBa and Equipment
• SME for IEC60335 and other IEC standards
• Able to Establish New laboratory and equipment's , able to propose a business case and justification by understanding of latest technology in the fied of Controller and component testing .
• Able to Drive and execute test results and manage overall technical issues and interpreted for management decisions .
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in testing and quality assurance
• Able to support Lab Troubleshooting and maintenance of Electrical and electronics stand poitn including Power analyzing , power sources etc and providing countermeasure .

What we look for:

Required

• BE Electronics and communication
• 10 to 12 years of  Hardware Testing / Component validation / EMI EMC in new product development.
• Experience IEC and other compliance standards are must .
• Detailed knowledge of microprocessor and its peripherals.
• Able to travel within and Outside India

Preferred

• Experience with  Product development and prouduct testing management , able to drive the testing and project.
• Good communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Highly motivated, Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
