Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- SailPoint IIQ Development
- Design and implement workflows, rules, connectors, certification campaigns, and provisioning policies.
- Customize IdentityIQ components using Java, Beanshell, and XML.
- Configure Access Request, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle, role-based access control (RBAC), and policy enforcement.
- Automation
- Develop scripts using Python or PowerShell for bulk provisioning, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Utilize SailPoint REST APIs for automation and integration.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) for IIQ deployments.
- Integration
- Integrate SailPoint IIQ with Active Directory/Azure AD, HR systems (Workday/SuccessFactors), ServiceNow, and databases.
- Governance & Compliance
- Configure SOD policies, access reviews, and ensure audit readiness.
- Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance teams for regulatory adherence (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Support & Optimization
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide production support.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices.
Required Skills
- Core Expertise
- 5+ years hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Beanshell, XML, JSON.
- Automation
- Proficiency in Python or PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with REST APIs and automation frameworks.
- DevOps
- CI/CD tools: Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
- IAM Concepts
- RBAC, JML lifecycle, provisioning, reconciliation, certifications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools.
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for deployment.
- Knowledge of Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or other IAM platforms.
- SailPoint certification (IdentityIQ Engineer) or equivalent.
