The IAM Developer will implement SailPoint IIQ, lead engagement activities, manage access certifications, and develop architecture documents. Responsibilities include project management within the Identity Access Management domain and experience with testing protocols.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) Developer with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to join our growing security team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts beyond IGA such as Single Sign-on (SSO), Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), Federated Access, Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Experience working with platforms such as Active Directory, Mainframe (RACF, ACF2, TopSecret etc.), Databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, DB2, PostgreSQL etc.
- Experience working with enterprise applications such as Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP, Salesforce etc.
- Experience working with REST/SOAP based webservices and/or SCIM/SCIM 2.0
- Experience with participating and leading requirements gathering activities.
- Experience in creating documentation such as architecture diagrams, user journeys, application design documents etc.
- Certifications: CISSP, PMP, SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Associate, SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer
Skill Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ/ Identity Security Cloud including Application Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, Access Certifications, Reports, Roles, Workflows, Rules etc.
- Real time project experience on client engagements within Identity and Access Management domain across clients based out of US or other geographies globally.
- Understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts such as Provisioning, Lifecycle Management, Access Certifications, Segregation of Duties (SOD) Policies, Password Management.
- Experience working on at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++ etc.
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Experience in creating test scripts, test plan and conduct and/or supervise unit testing, QA testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, smoke testing etc.
