Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administration Specialist to support our Baltics Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a sharp analytical mindset. You should feel confident working with data, drawing meaningful insights, and translating them into actionable input for the business. In this role, you’ll need to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A hands-on approach, accuracy, and adaptability in a dynamic environment are key to your success. English - is a must & local languages - nice to have.
Working schedule - fexible, due to the Baltics timezone.
What will be your key responsibilities?Sales planning & forecasting support
Support Sales Team in monitoring sales plan execution and short- to mid-term forecasting. Maintain and update market activity data and sales forecast files, ensuring timely communication to stakeholders.
Promotions & product administration
Manage promotional activities, including volume planning, stock reservations, and coordination with customer service. Communicate changes in the product portfolio and ensure accuracy of related master data.
Reporting & communication
Prepare sales presentations and daily sales reports. Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates and insights.
Administrative support
Handle various administrative tasks such as completing vendor forms and addressing client inquiries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
