About Job
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts and expanding our footprint within India. The ideal candidate will have good technical exposure, an outgoing personality, and a relentless drive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target potential customers in the given focus areas in India.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new areas within customer organizations.
Proactively reach out to potential clients, follow up persistently, and build strong relationships.
Present our IT services and solutions confidently, leveraging your technical knowledge.
- Technical Expertise:
Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, Generative AI, and other emerging technologies.
Understand and articulate the technical aspects of our services to customers.
- Customer Engagement:
Manage customer relationships post-deal closure, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any escalations.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather and present comprehensive company information and capabilities.
- Market Research and Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the targeted customer base.
Prepare and implement strategic plans to focus on high-potential customers.
Identify stakeholders with spending ability and develop strategies to engage them effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, specifically in IT services and solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of Modern Digital Engineering, AI, Generative AI, and other trending technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage customer relationships.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
