Role Summary:
The Sales & Customer Relations Associate plays a key frontline role in connecting SUBA Capital with the community. You will be responsible for building trusted customer relationships, collecting and remitting savings and investment contributions, selling SUBA Capital’s savings and micro-investment services, disbursing approved loans, collecting repayments, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience using our platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, approach, and register new customers for SUBA Capital’s savings and investment plans.
• Educate customers on SUBA Capital products, app features, and benefits.
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Promote and sell SUBA Capital’s range of savings, investment, and loan products.
• Conduct field marketing activities and represent SUBA Capital at community events.
• Collect daily, weekly, or monthly customer savings and investment contributions.
• Disburse approved loans and ensure accurate and timely loan repayment collection.
• Remit all collected funds promptly using the designated SUBA Capital platform.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Record customer feedback and share insights into improving service delivery.
• Keep accurate daily records of transactions and customer activities.
• Submit daily and weekly performance reports to your supervisor.
• Uphold the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and accountability.
