Hustler Marketing
Sales Development Representative - E-commerce Marketing Agency
The main purpose of the Sales Development Representative position is to represent Hustler Marketing to potential new clients and to drive new business through proactive outbound. Your primary responsibility is to build and work your own pipeline, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through a multi-channel outbound strategy, then taking those opportunities through discovery and sales calls toward closed deals. The focus of this role is selling our digital agency services primarily to DTC brands.
As part of the Sales Team, this is done primarily by running effective outbound campaigns, delivering strong discovery and sales calls over Zoom/Google Meet, actively listening and responding to challenging questions, and representing Hustler Marketing in the most beneficial way. This is a multi-functional position that requires you to source, qualify, and prepare future clients for our company, then carry them through the sales conversation yourself.
This role involves playing an active, hands-on part in the full sales process and having a thorough understanding of the services we offer. The Sales Development Representative position requires strong sales skills, high levels of creativity, comfort with data, and a genuine fluency with modern outbound tooling and AI. You will be expected to use AI for efficiency and automation wherever it makes the work faster and better, and to operate autonomously the majority of the time. In addition, the Sales Development Representative must be structured, efficient, and approachable, with excellent interpersonal skills, especially in a remote work environment.
The Sales Development Representative will report directly to the Vice President and Managing Director and be the liaison between prospective new clients and our internal teams at Hustler Marketing.

RequirementsProfile:
The ideal candidate is someone with real experience selling in a digital agency environment, ideally to DTC brands, who is comfortable owning outbound from the first touch through to the close. That experience should span a range of outbound strategies and channels, including cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, running discovery and sales calls, negotiation, preparing audits, and building proposals for prospective clients.
You should be at home in a fast-paced environment where performance is measured against clear KPIs, and you should be able to run largely autonomously without needing close supervision. A strong candidate is someone who does not just use tools but questions the process behind them, spots where things can be improved, and rebuilds the workflow to be faster and more effective. A genuine understanding of modern outbound practices and of the AI solutions available for outbound is central to this role, not a nice-to-have.
Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Google Workspace Suite, and a range of sales and outbound tools is a must. You should be comfortable working remotely, and availability, responsiveness, and consistency matter a great deal to us, so you should show these qualities in both your workload commitments and your general availability during office hours.
Key traits for this position:Showing great attention to detail, being organized and structured, being both process and big-picture oriented, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills, being able to work independently, and being a self-motivated, tenacious, personable, approachable, and collaborative salesperson who is comfortable across a wide variety of communication channels.
Key Requirements:- At least 3 years of working experience in a sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Preference will be given to candidates who have sold inside a digital agency, especially to DTC brands

- The ability to dig into sales processes, question how things are done, and actively optimize and improve them
- A solid, current understanding of modern outbound practices and what is working now
- Knowledge of out-of-the-box outbound tools and a strong, practical understanding of AI solutions for outbound, along with a habit of using them to save time and lift results
- Must embrace phone and video sales, coaching, structure, and accountability to KPIs
- A tenacious passion for hitting goals, growing personally, and increasing the success and revenue of our company
- A deep understanding of sales performance metrics
- Knowledge of and experience with CRM software (such as Salesforce, ZOHO, HubSpot, or another sales CRM), including keeping it clean and well organized, plus Google Workspace Suite
- Strong presentation skills, the ability to run engaging discovery and sales calls, a friendly demeanor, and high levels of energy
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively with prospective and new clients, as well as the internal teams at Hustler Marketing
- A proven track record in a sales-related position is a must
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another relevant field with the relevant experience and transferable skills is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with working autonomously and managing your own time (remote work experience is a plus)
- Must be available and responsive during office hours (Mondays to Fridays between 3-6 PM BCN time)
- Must consistently work 30-35 hours per week (i.e., 140 hours per month)
- Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC, and be able to attend virtual video conferences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You must be fluent in English, although English does not have to be your native language
- Being open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism and improving on it, as well as giving feedback of a similar nature productively to your team
