About you
We're looking for a passionate and solution-oriented Sales Engineer to partner with our sales team in delivering an innovative and differentiated SaaS-based human resources platform. Our ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the HR industry, practices, and systems, coupled with the ability to articulate the unique value our platform provides. In this role, you will collaborate closely with account executives, professional services, and occasionally customer success teams to ensure our solutions align seamlessly with clients' needs.
About the role
To be successful as a Sales Engineer, you'll develop a deep understanding of our products and effectively communicate their value in a way that resonates with a variety of customers. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated to drive company sales goals and excels at building strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a presales or sales consulting role with HCM solutions, or practitioner experience with domain expertise in HR systems.
  • Proven ability to identify business challenges and deliver solutions that address them effectively.
  • Extensive experience across the full HCM suite, including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and Learning.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Self-starter with a curious mindset, resourceful approach, and solution-focused attitude.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts, such as integrations, in a clear and relatable way for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and technical acumen.
