Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in Tamil Nadu.

Analyze data to develop targeted strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition.

Sales Strategy Development:

Design and implement a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the region.

Set achievable sales targets, and develop plans to surpass them consistently.

Brand Expansion:

Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and create awareness about our services in Tamil Nadu.

Develop partnerships and strategic alliances to promote brand growth and customer engagement.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bus operators, vendors, and customers.

Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.

Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the travel or tech industry.

Strong understanding of the Tamil Nadu market and customer dynamics.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadline.
