Job Description:

Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in the Medical Devices industry/experience in selling medical devices or specialty Pharma products preferably in MNC.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills and ability to independently manage large geography.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and execute actions to realize the same. Excellent stakeholder management and ability to handle Individual Customers and key accounts.
  • Strong value orientation and sales track record.
  • Good understanding of the local language.
  • Should be a Postgraduate. BDS and Management Degree preferred.
