Overall Job Purpose

Acts as a frontline field Manager to Identify Existing and Potential Producers to Recruit, Train, Retain, Drive and Develop towards higher productivity. He/ She will assist and support Branch Manager in achieving the Sales Budget and realizing goals of Profitability, Growth, Retention, Professionalism, Compliance & Customer Satisfaction.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Act as Key Agency touch point to AIG producers and franchise dealers in Kuantan.
  • Deploy & execute Company / Branch Business Strategy Plans including budget formulation.
  • Develop & deliver weekly Agency Activity Plan, Sales Projection and uphold Retention Business across all lines of business.
  • Meeting and exceeding production target by Line of Business established by upper management.
  • Meeting and exceeding Recruitment target set by upper management.
  • Manage agent’s turnover ratios.
  • Manage agency renewal business effectively.
  • Conduct effective training to Agents using the AIG Best Practices. 
  • Support Branch Manager/Head of Sales on Agency Development.
  • Ensure all the trainings & activities established by Branch Manager/ Head of Sales are being carried out effectively.
  • Working directly with our Agents to improve agency’s top & bottom line and customer satisfaction through active sales involvement.

General Working Skills / Abilities

  • Competent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Proactive and is a good team member.
  • Strong interpersonal skill with good communication flair.
  • Likes to work under tight deadlines.
  • Likes to see value beyond price; see solutions beyond challenges.

  • Creative and passionate about sales and marketing.
  • Preferred candidate from Insurance/ Sales and Marketing background.
  • Minimum 2 + years of working experience.
