Job Description

📍 Location: Pune/Mumbai
📅 Experience: 6-9 years in IT Solutions/Services Sales/ERP Sales
💼 Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in IT solutions and services sales, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-value IT sales, including licenses and services, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

New Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients in the Indian market
Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other IT product solutions to potential clients.
Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets for software licenses and services.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of IT solutions/services sales experience, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Microsoft products or similar IT solutions.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of high-value IT sales, including licenses and services.
Communication: Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
CRM Tools: Knowledge of CRM software, sales tracking tools, and reporting.
Professionalism: Strong business acumen, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
