Your role at Exness:

A Sales Operations Team Leader oversees the daily activities of the sales operations team, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. This role involves team management, process optimization, systems enhancement and collaboration with various departments such as CRM, Data Analytics and sales. It requires close collaboration in supporting and executing the Head of Commercial Division’s vision for the whole division and company.

You will:

Your scope of work will include the following:

  • Analytics and KPI Reporting
    • Consult with the commercial division to provide visualization tools allowing sales to better understand and work with their portfolio/countries
    • Help to define and implement KPIs/targets for the commercial team
    • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decisions done by commercial management
    • Use programming knowledge to script certain reports without manual intervention
    • Regularly monitor, analyze and explain the behavior of KPIs and metrics and effectively communicate insights to the management and key stakeholders.
  • System/Platform Management
    • Ensure the CRM system is used effectively by the sales team.
    • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the CRM toolIdentify issues in various tools such as SalesForce/Tableau/Metabase and report this to the relevant teams to resolve and improve
    • Train team members on CRM best practices and troubleshoot any issues
    • Lead improvement initiatives for the relevant system product team to implement the commercial division’s requirements
  • Processes Optimization & Improvements
    • Set up a framework on how to report issues from various stakeholders to the team and how to troubleshoot them with the respective departments
    • Streamlines best practice processes for seamless execution and coordination between the team and its main stakeholders
    • Ensure the sales operations team adheres to established procedures and standards
    • Identify issues with KPIs, Reporting, and other automated/manual processes and suggest/implement solutions
    • Document processes in confluence for sales and other divisions to follow and adhere
  • Support Sales Team
    • Provide the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and support
    • Assist in data discovery for Head of Department, Regional and Commercial Directors on an ad-hoc basis
    • Obtain requirements and challenges from the sales team and coordinate with respective stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Lead, collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments to support the commercial and other cross-divisional initiatives
    • Participate in strategic meetings and contribute to company-wide initiatives
  • People Management
    • Represent the sales operations team to management and other stakeholders
    • Help team members to grow and develop their needs
    • Identify gaps of the team early on and set up plans to close them accordingly
    • Coordinate between team members and various stakeholders

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of mathematical statistics is a plus
  • At least 4 years of experience in an operational role
  • At least 3 years of experience in a people management role
  • Experience in the financial industry is a must. Experience in the trading or brokerage industry is a plus
  • A forward-looking attitude to always work towards a long-term goal
  • Questions status quo to allow ongoing improvement of sales tools such as visualization dashboards, Salesforce and backoffice
  • Knowledge of SalesForce, MetaBase and Tableau is a plus
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking is required
  • Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, performance metrics and transforming of large data into useful information
  • Programming knowledge of python, SQL etc. is a big plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
  • Understanding complex issues and being able to condense the explanation and its solution in an understandable format
