Job Family Definition:
Executes operational activities related to quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management process, invoicing, and contract life-cycle management to ensure that sales orders are successfully completed from quote to delivery and credited appropriately assigned for sales compensation. Produces deal documentation and configures systems to reflect ordering processes. Generates invoices and client billing in accordance with service and product agreements. Records, updates and validates customer and deal information in systems produces reports and analyses of sales processing activities.
Management Level Definition:
Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks. Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution. Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instruction on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Supports orders sold and delivered in the same country and for a single geography
- Handles the End-to-End Quote to Cash processes for Pointnext Technology Services
- Receives Sales/Partner requests and analyze the request before assign to processing team
- Transform Sales/Partner request into clear and complete instructions to the processing team
- Check if any information missing and wrong conflicting information, clarification with Sales/partners to ensures that all approvals, authorizations, and terms and conditions are included with the request
- Ensures that country specials/account specials are taken into consideration
- Must ensure linkage with Credit analyst and confirms credit check
- Obtain multivendor pricing
- Complete Order Acceptance Checklist
- Perform Quality Checks
- Ensure upcoming renewals for the accounts are ready and available for Sales within the legal periods. Follow through with renewals team.
- Escalation handling, manage interactions with Sales in a way that maximizes customer satisfaction and communicate appropriately with other functions
- Supports OBR (RRC) process
- Maintain data quality of the accounts with updated information using Account profile tool
- Invoice Disputes management - work with Credit and collection team and sales to ensure the disputes are resolved and customer pays the invoice
- Backlog and slippage report management
- Pre-migration report and pre-workflow checks
What you need to bring:
Education and Experience Required:
- High school or equivalent secondary education certification required
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Typically 2 - 4 years experience
