1. ROLE SUMMARY As an Operations / SDR Supervisor, you will be fully responsible for the comprehensive performance, development, and management of an international Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. Your main objective is to align daily outbound and prospecting operations with strategic global KPIs, ensuring continuous growth, high quality, and outstanding conversion metrics.

Type of Contract: Legal Employment Contract under Kenya Labor Laws from day one, including all mandatory statutory benefits (NHIF, NSSF, paid annual leave, and public holidays).
Supervisor commissions 3. WORK SCHEDULE & COVERAGE Operational Window: This group needs coverage from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST (U.S. Eastern Standard Time).
Time Zone Distribution: Shifts will be distributed across the team to cover the full operational window. Please note that while it is not the entire group, 3 to 4 supervisors will be assigned to PST hours (Pacific Standard Time) to ensure dedicated coverage for the West Coast of the United States. 4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Team Leadership & Governance: Provide total end-to-end leadership for your assigned SDR team, fostering a high-performance culture.
KPI Accountability: Monitor and drive the achievement of both individual and group key performance indicators (KPIs).
Daily Operations Coordination: Direct daily floor operations, track call volumes, connect rates, and lead pipeline health.
Talent Development & Coaching: Execute ongoing team development via Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), one-on-one sessions (1:1s), and direct coaching.
Quality Assurance & Training: Conduct continuous training sessions, including real-time shadowing and interactive role-plays to refine pitches and objection handling.
Reporting & Strategy: Prepare comprehensive operational reports and forecasts for regional management, implementing immediate action plans for continuous improvement. 5. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Experience: +2 years of proven experience in leadership roles, team management, SDR operations, inside sales, or corporate sales training.
Skills: Strong decision-making, analytical mindset heavily oriented toward data and KPIs, and outstanding communication skills tailored for coaching.
Capability: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and scale large operational teams in fast-paced environments.
