Role Overview

Join Adobe Systems as a Sales Support Rep Analyst and be part of an exceptionally driven team operating in a fast-paced, central initiatives environment. This role is crucial in delivering business value and ensuring flawless execution of sales operations. You will work collaboratively to support our ambitious sales goals, streamline processes, and successfully implement critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Operations Excellence: Support the sales team by providing world-class operational assistance and ensuring seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, determine growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Implement and optimize tools and processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate data and streamline sales workflows.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting important data and findings.
  • Customer Support: Provide outstanding support to sales representatives and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales support or analyst role, preferably in a high-tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
